Made to last more than a lifetime…
Alder Creek is where craftsmanship, heritage, and the love of fly fishing meet.
This store is a collection of traditional fly fishing equipment and angling ephemera, as well as literature —pieces gathered with care and offered for those who appreciate fine traditional tackle. Mostly vintage, always quality.
Please take your time to browse a small but growing inventory, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
At Alder Creek, we believe in things that last. Rods with a soul and reels with a history. Fish it, read it or collect it. and then hand it down to the next generation of fly fishermen
At Alder Creek, we believe that the price of a fine piece should reflect its quality, condition, provenance, craftsmanship, and place in the history of fly fishing.
All prices are open to discussion. The prices shown on the website represent our considered asking prices, but we are always happy to discuss an item with a genuine and interested buyer.
For particularly rare, important, or valuable pieces, you may instead see Price Upon Request. This simply reflects the nature of the item and allows us to have a more personal conversation about its history, condition, provenance, and value before discussing a price.
Whether an item carries a listed price or Price Upon Request, we welcome enquiries and are always pleased to discuss the piece with you personally.
Please contact us if you would like to discuss an item.
