How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping, usually through UPS, from our location in southern Sweden. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout. Please ensure that you have selected the correct destination country to see the applicable shipping rate.

For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

We generally dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them. On the rare occasion that we are away fishing, or otherwise unable to dispatch orders promptly, a notice will be displayed on our website.

Do you offer international shipping?

Certainly. We ship worldwide and are always pleased to serve fellow anglers and collectors, wherever they may be.

What is your return policy?

Customers within the EU/EEA generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within this period. Returned items should be carefully packaged and sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise required by law.

We ask that all items be handled with particular care, especially vintage and collectible pieces. Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

For customers outside the EU/EEA, all sales are considered final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
